If your primary goal is to increase traffic, SEO comes out ahead. Local businesses concerned with increasing their visibility also rely on SEO. However if you are primarily concerned with brand awareness and engagement, social wins hands down.
The take away? Invest in both SEO and Social – and don’t forget a strong content plan – for a complete marketing strategy that propels growth and creates happy, engaged customers.
